South Leicestershire College showcased a range of vocational courses this week at its December Open Evenings.
Over 200 potential students attended the events at the campus in South Wigston, which was held on Thursday, December 3.
There was considerable interest in South Leicestershire College, a leader in vocational learning, where interested students were able to speak to staff for impartial careers advice for those unsure about their next steps.
Visitors were given the opportunity to discover more about the wide range of full-time courses and Apprenticeships available, in subjects such hair and beauty, engineering and media.
SLC Marketing Manager, Susanne Davies, said: “We have again had a fantastic turn-out, which underlines the firm interest in vocational teaching in Leicester and the surrounding areas.
“Our open evenings are a fantastic opportunity for future students and their parents and carers to speak to staff and students about the courses on offer and to see our brilliant industry-standard facilities,” she added.
