Team win Gold at County Rowing Championship
2nd March 2010Congratulations to 8 SLC students who achieved the top prize after competing in the Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland County Rowing Championships.
The competition was held at Burleigh College, Loughborough on Thursday 4th February 2010.
Having already come through the Oadby and Wigston trials and with no formal training, the students performed incredibly well and 'out–rowed' both Stephenson and Burleigh College to first position.
Well done and roll on the National Championships in March!
