Taking place between Monday 5 and Friday 9 March, the government campaign is a UK-wide celebration of Apprenticeships and their impact on the economy.
Katy Urwin, Director for Apprentices at North Warwickshire & Hinckley College discusses:
“This year’s theme is ‘Apprenticeships Work.’ The overall aim is to really get people talking about Apprenticeships – to promote them as a viable training option that enables employers to see tangible results from their investment.
“Throughout the week we’ll have plenty of information available on our website for employers looking to recruit new talent or upskill existing employees. We also offer support on making the most of funding available to small, medium and large employers across the region.
“We’ll also be attending numerous events throughout the week, including the Coventry and Warwickshire LEP’s careers fair.
Our Open Event is also a great chance to discover more about Apprenticeships and will be held on Monday 12 March from 5.00pm. Click here to register.
“We’d encourage any local employers who want to find out more to get in touch with our Business Development Team: firstname.lastname@example.org 0116 264 3545.”
