Apprenticeships are not just a training option for school leavers. They are a cost-effective training option for employees of all ages.

“Contrary to popular belief, Apprenticeships have no upper age limit and are available to existing employees. This means businesses can develop talent they already have within their organisation, addressing skills gaps and encouraging employees to climb the career ladder.
“In order to be eligible, employees must be over the age of 16 and not hold an equivalent qualification in their field.
“Of course Apprenticeships are also a great way to recruit new staff members. As a training provider we offer a free recruitment service to support local businesses throughout the process, ensuring only the best candidates are selected for interview. We will also provide an organisational training needs analysis to design a programme to match your training needs. Additional government support is available for those businesses who recruit an Apprentice who is aged 16-18 or aged 19-24 and has an education, health and care plan.
