South Leicestershire College is offering free training for small and medium sized employers in the local area.
The training is funded by Skills Support for the Workforce, a new scheme funded by the Skills Funding Agency.
Shereen Richardson, Employer Engagement Advisor at the College said: “The aim of the scheme is to help key employees in small and medium-sized enterprises to move on to higher levels of learning. It’s ideal for employers aiming to upskill their workforce and individuals looking to widen their career prospects.”

The funding is available to small and medium organisations with up to 250 employees located in the Leicester and Leicestershire Enterprise Partnership (LLEP) area.
Employees must be aged 19 or over, work for 16 hours per week and meet UK residency criteria.
