IntroductionThis short qualification is designed to allow you to top up your qualification from your Level 5 Certificate to the CIPD Level 5 Diploma.
Study OutlineThis 12 week course will take place on a Monday evening from 18.00-21.00.

You will study two 6 credit units to develop your knowledge and understanding of further HR concepts:
- Employment Law
- Contemporary Developments in HR
Entry RequirementsYou will require one of the following:
•- Level 5 Certificate in Human Resource Management
- Min 3 years experience in a HR role, ideally a Management Role
- English GCSE grade C or above or Level 2 or equivalent in literacy
- CIPD Membership
EquipmentStationary and access to a computer to complete your research and assignments.
AttendanceYou are required to attend 95% of your college sessions.
AssessmentThis course will be assessed via coursework.
